Advocacy and Networking are important components of AGS. The advocacy is done with the assistance of community members, panchayat representatives, government officials, teachers etc. There is a Committee in every village called Village Level Education Committee (VLEC) comprising of various representatives. The VLEC is responsible to ensure the working of AGS Centres. Five years of consistent effort has resulted in making people realize the importance of imparting education to Girl children and also making them aware about various other issues. The community members have not only developed positive attitude towards the education of girls but also have themselves become more concerned, aware and sensitive about issues like sanitation, cleanliness, environment, nutrition etc.

AGS works through networking with other organizations and institutions. It has a networking with the Government institutions and the programme of Sarv Shiksha Abhiyan is supported by the Haryana Government. Similarly other government and administrative departments like education, social welfare, agriculture, animal husbandry, rural development, panchayati raj and women and development cooperate in the activities of AGS. Besides this, there are other NGOs, research institutions, civil society and corporate sector with whom the networking is maintained for effective working of our programmes.
